Discount codes let you offer promotions to visitors through the chat widget. When a visitor provides a valid code during the booking conversation, the assistant applies the discount automatically.

Creating a discount code

  1. Go to Discount Codes in the admin dashboard
  2. Click Add discount code
  3. Configure the code:

CodeThe code visitors enter (e.g., WELCOME10)
Discount typePercentage or fixed amount
ValueThe discount amount (e.g., 10 for 10% or $10)
ActiveToggle to enable or disable the code
  1. Click Save

How visitors use discount codes

During a booking conversation, visitors can mention a discount code. The booking assistant will:
  1. Validate the code exists and is active
  2. Apply the discount to the booking
  3. Show the updated price to the visitor

Managing codes

  • Activate / deactivate codes without deleting them using the active toggle
  • Edit a code’s discount value at any time
  • Delete codes that are no longer needed
